Pecorino Calabrese affinato in Vinaccia

The sheep graze freely in the Aspromonte mountains of Calabria. Pure sheep's milk cheese with a regular shape, characterized by its typical violet color due to the grape pomace. The yellow straw-colored, compact paste with small eyes melts in the mouth, with a slight hint of wine that fades from the crust to the heart of the cheese. Ingredients: Pasteurized whole sheep's milk, salt, rennet, live lactic ferments, black grape pomace (crust treatment)

Olive  Verdi

Named after Cerignola, a town in Puglia. Strictly handpicked without the use of mechanical means. La Bella di Cerignola is an olive with a delicate taste and fleshy pulp, notable for its size, making it one of the largest olives in the world. 100% Italian Olives

Peperone Crusco IGP

Formerly called a humble product...                  now an "Italian delicatessen."                                  A typical product of Basilicata, in the heart of the Pollino National Park. The peppers are cultivated by a small Lucanian agricultural company directly in their fields, following a careful selection of seeds. Once harvested and dried, they are directly involved in the product transformation. It is fried using only extra virgin olive oil, resulting in the traditional, fragrant, and flavorful delicacy
